Tele Caller Executive

CombatFit Wears LLP is a growing apparel manufacturing and brand company based in Faridabad, Haryana.

We are looking for a Telecaller / Sales Telecaller to join our team and help us communicate with existing and potential customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Introduce CombatFit products and explain product features, pricing and offers.
• Follow up with retailers, dealers and potential business customers.
• Generate enquiries and convert them into orders.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers through phone and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and share relevant product information.
• Maintain basic records of calls, enquiries and follow-ups in Excel/CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team for order-related requirements.
• Follow up on pending enquiries and customer responses.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
