About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with proven experience in Educational ERP / EdTech / SaaS sales and strong relationships with schools, colleges, and universities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales of Educational ERP/SaaS solutions.
• Generate and convert leads from schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
• Leverage existing education-sector connections to develop new business.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations and ERP demos.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Travel to educational institutions for business development when required.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM/pipeline updates.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Educational ERP / EdTech / SaaS sales.
• Strong network and relationships within the education sector.
• Proven B2B sales and deal-closing experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Pay

₹600,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
