About ITSECOPS

ITSECOPS is a growing cybersecurity and IT services company serving businesses and MSPs globally. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who wants to build a career in Human Resources and is willing to learn the complete HR function from the ground up.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone who may be new to HR but is confident, articulate, professional, and excellent at communicating in English.

We are not necessarily looking for someone with extensive HR experience. We are looking for a person with the right communication skills, attitude, maturity, and willingness to learn whom we can develop into a strong HR professional.

What You Will Learn \& Do

• Assist with recruitment and candidate screening
• Conduct initial candidate conversations and HR screening calls
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate and employee records
• Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
• Support employee engagement activities
• Help prepare HR communications, announcements, and internal documentation
• Coordinate with employees across different teams and locations
• Assist with attendance, leave and basic HR administration
• Learn HR policies, processes, compliance and employee lifecycle management
• Gradually take ownership of HR activities as you develop

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

HR experience is not mandatory. Fresh graduates and candidates pursuing or recently completing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field are welcome to apply.
