Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator Intern to support our sales and business development team in day-to-day coordination, client communication, follow-ups, and maintaining sales-related information.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates who want to gain practical exposure to sales, client handling, business operations, and the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales/business development team on daily activities.
• Assist in following up with prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain and update customer and sales records.
• Prepare and organize quotations, proposals, and other sales documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of client requirements.
• Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Communicate with clients and prospects professionally through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Support the team in preparing reports and maintaining MIS.
• Perform other sales coordination and business support activities as required.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Comfortable communicating with clients over calls and messages.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
