Key Responsibilities
Collect complete and required documents from students.
Ensure all documents are clear, properly scanned, and readable.
Follow up with students through calls, WhatsApp, and email for pending documents.
Make 80+ calls per day and maintain proper follow-up records.
Communicate with students in a polite and professional manner.
Ensure timely completion of documentation and update the status regularly.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Polite and professional communication.
Comfortable with calling and student follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of email, WhatsApp, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to manage daily targets and follow-ups.
