About the Job

We are looking for an Online Sales \& Chat Executive to handle customer conversations through social media and online channels and help convert interested prospects into customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales conversations through DMs and online chats.
• Respond to customer questions and inquiries.
• Understand customer requirements.
• Explain services in a simple and convincing manner.
• Follow up with potential customers.
• Identify genuine sales opportunities.
• Convert qualified leads into customers.
• Maintain basic sales records.

Requirements

• 6 months relevant full-time experience OR 2 years freelance experience.
• Experience in online sales, chat sales, DM sales or customer conversion.
• Good communication skills.
• Confident in handling customer conversations.
• Good follow-up and convincing ability.
• Comfortable working with sales targets.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
