Job Description

• Identify and develop new customers for ManipalCigna health-insurance products.
• Generate leads through personal contacts, references, field visits and local networking.
• Meet prospective customers and understand their healthcare and financial protection requirements.
• Explain suitable health-insurance plans, benefits, coverage, exclusions and policy terms.
• Convert prospects into customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain regular relationships with existing customers and support policy renewals.
• Coordinate with the Relationship Manager and company team for proposal processing, documentation and policy issuance.
• Participate in customer meetings, sales activities and promotional campaigns.
• Build a strong network within the assigned local market.
• Provide after-sales support and assist customers with basic policy-related queries.

Candidate Requirements

• Age: 20–40 years.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year as an Insurance Advisor/Insurance Agent, preferably with field-sales experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship and networking abilities.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and field activities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Knowledge of health-insurance products is preferred.
• Should be comfortable working independently and generating business through personal networks.
