- Assist in planning and creating domestic tour itineraries
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and vendors
- Communicate with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Share quotations, package details, and follow up with leads
Support booking confirmations and documentation
- Assist in handling customer queries before and during travel
