Roles and Responsibilities

• Day to Day Entry in Tally all vouchers like Purchase, Sales Payment, Receipt etc
• Keep accounting books up to date.
• Maintain proper cash handling
• Daily check and monitor bank (BRS)
• Generate Outstanding report (Creditors \& Debtors)
• Co-ordinate with Accounts Team
• Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit \& loss statements, etc.
• Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities.
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
• Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.

Qualification and skills

• Any degree
• Good experience in cash handling.
• Good experience in billing.
• Strong Knowledge in Accounts, Tally, Excel, Profit \& Loss and Balance Sheet
• Experience: 1 -5 years in accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• More education or experience may be preferred.
• Special licenses or certification may be required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
• Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
• Ethical behaviour.
• Attention to detail.
