We are looking for a confident and energetic telecaller to handle customer sales calls, inquiry calls, lead follow-ups, and candidate recruitment calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Call leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Explain products/services and follow up with customers.
• Call candidates for hiring and explain job opportunities.
• Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
• Maintain call and follow-up records.
• Achieve assigned sales and recruitment targets.

Requirements

• Good Hindi \& English communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable on calls.
• Good convincing and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Compensation

₹8,000–₹12,000 is the fixed/base salary, with additional performance-based incentives for sales.
