We specialize in modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, main doors, safety/steel gates, aluminium work, HDMR/waterproof board work, complete home interiors and renovation projects. Job Responsibilities - Handle customer calls, WhatsApp enquiries and follow-ups. - Generate new leads through online and offline sources. - Coordinate with clients for site visits and measurements. - Understand customer requirements and explain our interior solutions. - Coordinate with the design, carpenter and installation teams. - Prepare and follow up on quotations. - Maintain customer and lead records. - Follow up with existing and potential customers regularly. - Assist in converting enquiries into confirmed projects. - Handle basic customer queries and coordinate for issue resolution. Required Skills - Good communication and customer-handling skills. - Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, phone calls and MS Office/Google Sheets. - Sales and follow-up skills. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Ability to coordinate with customers and workers. - Previous experience in interior, construction, sales or customer handling is an advantage.
