US PLACEMENT COORDINATOR – IT \& NON-IT

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate assigned candidates throughout their U.S. job search.
• Search and apply for suitable IT \& Non-IT job opportunities.
• Coordinate applications, interviews, mock interviews, and preparation sessions.
• Communicate with candidates regarding applications, interviews, and placement updates.
• Follow up with U.S. recruiters, staffing companies, and clients for submissions and feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of applications, interviews, follow-ups, and candidate progress.
• Take ownership of candidate coordination and placement activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Strong coordination, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
• Confident communication with U.S. candidates, recruiters, and clients.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a permanent U.S. night shift.
