Job Purpose

To handle commercial activities, order processing, dispatch coordination, documentation, and logistics support for the cattle feed business.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders and coordinate with the Sales team.

• Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans, and other commercial documents.

• Coordinate with Production and Dispatch teams for timely order fulfilment.

• Plan and coordinate vehicle arrangements for dispatch.

• Follow up with transporters regarding vehicle placement and delivery.

• Monitor dispatches and ensure timely delivery to customers/dealers.

• Maintain daily dispatch and sales records.

• Verify quantities, rates, invoices, and delivery details.

• Coordinate with Accounts for billing, payment, and outstanding-related matters.

• Maintain transporter and customer records.

• Track vehicle movement and delivery status.

• Handle customer/dealer queries related to orders and deliveries.

• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports related to sales, dispatch, and logistics.

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of commercial records.

Required Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Good follow-up and documentation skills.

• Knowledge of billing, dispatch, and logistics processes.

• Ability to coordinate with customers, transporters, Sales, Production, and Accounts teams.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred

Experience in cattle feed, FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, or related industries will be an advantage.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
