JOB TITLE : AREA SALES MANAGER
LOCATION : NANTHENCODE, TRIVANDRUM
- Qualification
- MBA / BBA/ Specialized in marketing or any related field
- Exp
- 2+ YRS of exp in sales or retail management
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales operations across assigned Cake World outlets/area.
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
- Develop customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
- Monitor outlet performance, sales trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure effective upselling, promotions, and customer service.
Requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with good team-handling ability.
- Experience in bakery, food \& beverage, or retail is preferred.
- Pay
- ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
