Maintenance Technician (GPM) – Pizza Hut Kerala

KFC is looking for dedicated and technically skilled individuals to join our team as Maintenance Team Members for our outlets in Adoor, Kerala. If you are a hands-on problem solver who ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

As a MTM Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of restaurant equipment and facilities to ensure uninterrupted service.

Equipment Maintenance

Perform routine check-ups and repairs on kitchen equipment (fryers, ovens, chillers, and dispensers).

Electrical Systems

Maintain and troubleshoot electrical panels, wiring, lighting, and backup generators.

Facility Upkeep

Handle basic plumbing, HVAC (Air Conditioning) maintenance, and minor civil repairs.

Preventive Maintenance

Execute scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent equipment breakdowns.

Safety Compliance

Ensure all repairs are conducted following safety standards and food industry hygiene protocols.

Reporting

Maintain logs of repairs, spare parts inventory, and energy consumption.

Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering

• Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
• Location: Thiruvananthapuram.
