Factory Supervisor

• Supervise daily machinery maintenance activities in the factory.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Monitor the operating condition and performance of machinery and equipment.
• Allocate maintenance work to technicians and maintenance workers.
• Identify machinery faults and coordinate timely troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ensure regular inspection, servicing, lubrication, and adjustment of machines.
• Monitor electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other equipment as applicable.
• Maintain maintenance schedules, breakdown records, service reports, and inspection checklists.
• Ensure availability of required spare parts, tools, lubricants, and maintenance materials.

Required Skills

• Good mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Ability to supervise maintenance technicians and workers.
• Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Basic computer and maintenance reporting knowledge.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of industrial safety procedures and PPE.
