Hospital staff

• Counsel patients/attendants on treatment plans, procedures, costs, and insurance/TPA processes
• Explain estimated treatment costs, package details, and payment options
• Coordinate between patients, doctors, and the billing/insurance department
• Assist patients with admission and discharge formalities
• Provide emotional support and address patient concerns with empathy
• Follow up with patients regarding treatment decisions and pending documentation
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and counselling sessions
• Liaise with the medical team to stay updated on treatment plans
• Handle patient complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Support health check-up/package sales and conversions where applicable
