Service Technician- Electrical/Electronics

Key Responsibilities

• Installation \& Commissioning: Perform installation, setup, and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.
• Maintenance \& Repair: Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on \[specific products or systems] to ensure optimal functionality.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site, providing quick solutions to minimize downtime for customers.
• Customer Support: Offer technical support to customers, answering questions and providing guidance on the proper use of equipment.

Education

Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or ITI. Freshers can also apply for trainees

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of, troubleshooting techniques, and diagnostic tools of Electronic and Electrical equipment. Experience in UPS systems and ELV systems preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites as required by the job

Pay

₹9,478.33 - ₹28,320.95 per month
