Qualification

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Diploma/Certification in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management preferred.

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in hospital/healthcare front office operations.
• Prior experience in a supervisory/managerial role preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily Front Office and Reception operations.
• Supervise, guide, and manage the front office team.
• Ensure smooth patient registration, appointments, admissions, discharges, and enquiries.
• Coordinate with clinical, nursing, billing, insurance, and other departments.
• Handle patient/visitor concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline.
• Ensure proper use of HIS/HMS and accurate documentation.
• Maintain high standards of patient service and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and NABH/quality standards.
