Sales Executive – G-Leathers (Leather Footwear & Accessories)

About the Role

G-Leathers is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our retail team. You'll be the face of our brand in-store helping customers find the right footwear and leather accessories, driving sales, and delivering a premium shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their needs and recommending products
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain product displays and store presentation standards
• Process billing and handle point-of-sale transactions
• Build customer relationships to encourage repeat visits
• Stay updated on new arrivals, offers, and product knowledge

Requirements

• Freshers welcome; prior sales experience is an advantage
• Friendly communication skills in Malayalam and English training and support provided to help you grow
• Friendly, customer-first attitude
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends
