Food Court Billing & Cashier

• Handle all customer billing and payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Operate Petpooja POS software for order entry, billing, payments, discounts, cancellations, and related transactions.
• Ensure that all orders are properly entered into the POS system before billing.
• Handle cash, UPI, card, and other approved payment methods responsibly.
• Maintain accurate records of cash and digital collections.
• Verify cash received and provide the correct balance/change to customers.
• Conduct opening and closing cash procedures as per company guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain daily cash, sales, and payment reconciliation.
• Report any billing discrepancies, shortages, excess cash, or transaction issues immediately to the concerned manager.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, service, packing, and management teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Monitor pending, cancelled, complimentary, discounted, and modified bills and ensure proper authorization wherever required.
• Ensure that discounts, offers, and complimentary items are applied only with proper approval.
• Maintain proper documentation of daily billing and collection records.
• Assist in resolving customer billing or payment-related queries professionally.
• Ensure the billing counter is clean, organized, and properly maintained at all times.
• Follow all company policies related to cash handling, billing controls, customer service, and financial procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of sales figures, cash collections, and company information.
• Support the Food Court Manager in daily operational and reporting requirements.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cashier / Billing Executive / POS Executive in a restaurant, hotel, café, food court, or hospitality environment.
• Petpooja POS experience is strongly preferred. Or similar restaurant software
• Good knowledge of cash, UPI, card, and digital payment transactions.
• Basic knowledge of daily sales reconciliation and cash management.
• Good numerical and calculation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work accurately during busy hours and high customer-volume periods.
• Should be honest, responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as required by food court operations.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
