- Welcoming Guests: Act as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and providing information about hotel amenities.
- Check-ins \& Check-outs: Assist senior staff with processing guest registrations, verifying identification, issuing room keys, and settling bills during busy periods.
- Call Management: Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and route inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Concierge Assistance: Help guests with basic requests, local directions, or restaurant recommendations
