Technician Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians during installation, servicing, and repair jobs.

• Learn fault diagnosis and basic troubleshooting of appliances.

• Support in handling tools, spare parts, and service equipment.

• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of service van and work area.

• Update job details and assist in completing service reports.

• Follow safety guidelines, service procedures, and company standards.

• Provide courteous customer interaction under guidance.

• Attend technical training sessions and skill development programs.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Refrigeration \& AC, or related field (Freshers welcome).

• Basic technical knowledge and strong willingness to learn.

• Good attitude, discipline, and customer-friendly approach.

• Ability to travel locally for service calls.

• Two-wheeler license preferred (not mandatory for trainees).

Career Growth

Successful trainees will be evaluated periodically and promoted to Technician / Senior Technician roles based on performance and skill development.
