Site Engineer / Supervisor (Civil)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and approved plans
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Check quality of materials and workmanship
• Ensure proper use of materials and reduce wastage
• Handle site measurements and assist in quantity estimation
• Ensure safety procedures are followed on site
• Resolve basic site issues and report to senior engineers/project manager
• Maintain proper documentation of site activities

Requirements

• Minimum 1-4 years of experience in civil construction projects
• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Good understanding of construction drawings and site practices
• Basic knowledge of quantity take-off and BOQ
• Ability to handle manpower and site coordination
• Familiarity with MS Excel, AutoCAD (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
