Key Responsibilities: Assist the chef with daily food preparation and cooking Washing, cutting and chopping vegetables and other ingredients Assist with preparation of rice bowls, salads and other Continental dishes Support kitchen mise en place and daily production Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen Wash and maintain kitchen utensils and equipment Assist with packing and portioning meals Follow food safety and hygiene standards Support the team during busy service hours Minimise food wastage and maintain proper storage of ingredients
