Candidates will receive complete on-the-job training after joining , and the department will be assigned based on their skills, performance, and suitability. Candidates from a Mechanical background who are interested in starting their career in a manufacturing/plant environment are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Work in plant/manufacturing operations as assigned by the company. Learn and perform production and plant-related activities under proper training. Follow technical instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards. Assist in day-to-day plant operations and maintain discipline at the workplace. Work according to the department assigned after training. Eligibility ITI in Mechanical – Freshers preferred and given first priority. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.Tech Mechanical freshers can also apply. Candidates should be willing to learn plant and manufacturing-related work. Comfortable working for 10 hours per day . Good technical understanding and a positive attitude towards learning. Working Hours Day Shift Only Standard working duration: 10 hours Any additional working hours will be paid separately as per company policy. Important Complete training will be provided by the company after joining. Department allocation will be based on the candidate’s skills, performance, and business requirements.
