Tender And Estimation Executive

We are looking for an experienced Tendering & Estimation professional to manage tender analysis, estimation, BOQ preparation, pre bid activities, vendor coordination and commercial inputs, while working closely with BD, Planning and Accounts teams. Key Responsibilities: • Tender Analysis & Estimation: Analyse technical, financial and cost aspects of tenders and prepare accurate estimates and BOQs, including lump sum tenders. • Pre Bid Activities: Conduct site surveys, attend pre bid meetings and prepare pre bid queries based on project requirements. • Vendor Management: Float enquiries, obtain and negotiate supplier / subcontractor quotations, develop new vendors and maintain local subcontractor rates. • Commercial Coordination: Support RA, working capital and client SOP related requirements and coordinate with Planning and Accounts before quoting. • Database Management: Maintain updated databases for BOQs, material prices, tender rates, vendors, subcontractors and business verticals. • Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis and shadow play across business verticals in coordination with the BD team. • Documentation & Systems: Maintain tender registers, estimation calendars, system records and documentation as per audit requirements. • Team & Process Support: Support development of new team members, participate in 8 technical trainings annually and contribute towards improving tender success ratio.
