Job Title: Cafe Staff / All-Rounder Company: Crepe Factory French Cafe Location: Sayajigunj, Vadodara, Gujarat Job Type: Full-Time Crepe Factory French Cafe is hiring energetic, disciplined and customer-friendly staff for our Vadodara outlet. Job Responsibilities: Take customer orders and assist with billing Prepare and serve food and beverages as per cafe standards Assist in making crepes, waffles, sandwiches, pasta, beverages and other menu items Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, counter and dining area Handle food preparation and basic kitchen work Follow FIFO, food safety and hygiene procedures Maintain proper stock and inform management about low inventory Pack Zomato/Swiggy and takeaway orders correctly Greet customers politely and provide good customer service Maintain presentation and cleanliness throughout the shift Support other team members during busy hours Candidate Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply Experience in cafe, restaurant, QSR, bakery or food service is preferred Must be hardworking, punctual and disciplined Good communication and customer-handling skills Basic Hindi required; Gujarati/English is an advantage Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced cafe environment Must maintain personal hygiene and professional behaviour Candidates should be willing to learn multiple cafe operations Shift Options Available: Day Shift / Evening Shift / Night Shift Benefits: Stable full-time employment Training provided Growth opportunities based on performance Friendly and professional working environment Performance-based incentives may be available Who Should Apply: Candidates genuinely interested in working in the cafe/restaurant industry and looking for long-term employment.
