Quality Control Engineer

WE ARE HIRING – Mechanical Engineer Fresher Position: Graduate / Diploma Mechanical Engineer – Quality Control Company: AVI Industries Location: Pune Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Fresher to join our Quality team. Prior experience is not required . The selected candidate will receive practical, on-the-job training in Quality Control and general manufacturing processes. What we are looking for: • Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering • Good aptitude and basic engineering fundamentals • Willingness to learn and develop new skills • Positive attitude and disciplined approach towards work • Basic understanding of engineering drawings and measuring instruments will be an advantage • Good observation and problem-solving ability • Comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop-floor environment Training & Exposure Will Include: • Quality inspection of sheet-metal and fabricated components • Vernier, micrometer, height gauge and other measuring instruments • Engineering drawing reading and interpretation • Incoming, in-process and final inspection • Basic understanding of tolerances and quality standards • Manufacturing processes such as press/stamping, laser cutting and welding • Quality documentation, traceability and inspection records • Root-cause analysis and problem-solving • General manufacturing and production exposure Most important: We are looking for someone with good aptitude, curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn.
