Store & Production In-Charge

Position: Store & Production In-Charge Vacancy: 1 Gender: Male / Female Age: 30–60 years Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Experience: 3+ years preferred Location: Hyderabad Working Hours: 12-hour shift Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Overview: We are looking for a responsible, prompt and detail-oriented Store & Production In-Charge to manage daily inventory, production planning, store operations and opening/closing audits. The candidate will work with a technology-based platform that provides production and procurement planning. The person must be able to understand the recommendations, execute them correctly and respond promptly to operational requirements. Key Responsibilities Inventory & Store Management Manage and monitor all raw materials, packaging materials and other store items. Maintain accurate daily stock records. Check inward materials and ensure proper quantity and quality. Monitor stock consumption and identify shortages, excess usage or unusual variances. Ensure materials are stored properly and systematically. Maintain minimum stock levels as required. Production Planning Plan daily production based on sales, stock and platform-generated requirements. Calculate and coordinate the required quantity of batter, chutney, podi and other preparations for the day's operations. Ensure production is completed on time and in the required quantity. Avoid both under-production and unnecessary excess production . Coordinate with the kitchen/production team to ensure planned quantities are prepared. Track actual production versus planned production and report major differences. Daily Audit & Control Conduct opening and closing stock audits every day. Verify physical stock against system/platform records. Maintain daily production, consumption and wastage records. Identify and immediately report cashless operational, stock or production discrepancies. Ensure proper handover of stock and production information. Technology & Planning Platform Use the company's digital platform/software for production and procurement planning. Understand system-generated production and purchase requirements. Update required information accurately and on time. Respond promptly to messages, alerts, changes and management instructions. Be comfortable using basic technology, mobile applications and computer systems. Calculations & Reporting Perform accurate day-to-day quantity and stock calculations . Calculate production requirements based on expected sales and available stock. Maintain basic spreadsheets/reports for stock, production, consumption and wastage. Provide daily updates to management. Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience in store management, inventory, production coordination or restaurant/hotel operations is preferred. Must be comfortable working with numbers and performing daily calculations. Should have good understanding of stock movement, consumption and wastage . Must be comfortable using mobile apps, software platforms, Excel/Google Sheets and basic technology . Should be able to understand instructions and follow system-based production/procurement plans . Must be very prompt in responding to management and operational requirements. Should be responsible, organized and trustworthy. Must have strong attention to detail. Should be capable of coordinating with kitchen/production and other staff. Must be comfortable with a 12-hour working shift .
