KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive Premium credit card sales through branch channels Build and maintain strong relationships with premium customers Generate new business through leads, referrals and direct outreach Cross-sell relevant banking products and services Work closely with branch teams to maximize business opportunities Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 1+ years of experience in Sales, Banking, Credit Cards or Financial Services preferred Strong communication and relationship management skills Proven ability to achieve sales targets Customer-focused with a strong business mindset Self-motivated, ambitious and result-oriented fresher can also apply if they are carrier oriented COMPENSATION ₹2–3 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives High performers can earn significantly more through performance-linked incentives.
