🚨 Hiring: Loan Officer Company: Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited (BFIL) Business Unit: Bharat Super Shop (BSS) Position: Loan Officer Age: 18–32 Years Experience: 0–2 Years Education: 10th / PUC / Any Pass 💼 Job Role Visit shops and small businesses in the assigned area. Find customers who are interested in taking loans. Explain loan products and generate leads. Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers. Follow up with customers and support the loan process. Collect loan repayments from customers. Achieve sales and collection targets. Daily field travel is required. ✅ Requirements Good communication and convincing skills. English, Hindi & local language proficiency. Comfortable with field sales and customer interaction.
