Influencer Marketing Executive

Execute influencer marketing campaigns from kickoff to completion.

Coordinate with influencers, talent managers, and creator agencies for campaign onboarding and deliverables.

Manage campaign timelines, content approvals, publishing schedules, and execution milestones.

Ensure creators comply with campaign briefs, brand guidelines, and platform requirements.

Track campaign performance and maintain accurate execution reports.

Coordinate with internal teams including Client Success, Creative, Content, and Finance.

Monitor campaign budgets, invoices, and payment processes for influencers.

Handle last-minute changes, escalations, and troubleshooting during campaign execution.

Maintain campaign documentation and update internal project management tools.

Ensure quality control of influencer content before publishing.

Generate post-campaign reports with execution insights and key metrics.
