Position Overview

We are looking for 4 dynamic and motivated interns for the role of International Packaging Intern. This is

a hybrid role combining Packaging Operations + International Marketing Responsibilities.

Interns will work closely with the UK team and Mumbai operations to support packaging development,

supplier coordination, market research, and marketing outreach activities targeting international clients.

This role is ideal for candidates who want exposure to both product development and business growth

functions.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging & Operations Responsibilities

Research international packaging trends, materials, and sustainability innovations

Assist in development and evaluation of packaging samples

Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, specifications, and compliance documents

Prepare product specification sheets and maintain documentation

Assist in cost comparison and supplier analysis

Conduct research on eco-friendly and cost-effective packaging solutions

Support quality checks and maintain packaging project timelines

Marketing & Business Development Responsibilities

Conduct international market research (UK, Europe, Middle East markets)

Identify potential B2B clients and maintain lead databases

Assist in email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn outreach

Support content creation for website, brochures, and social media

Research competitor pricing and packaging trends

Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for international clients

Support branding initiatives focused on sustainable packaging

Skills & Eligibility

Students or recent graduates in Packaging Technology, Marketing, International Business, Commerce, or

related fields

Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)

Basic understanding of digital marketing and B2B communication is a plus

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn preferred)

Analytical, organized, and proactive mindset

Interest in sustainability and eco-friendly packaging solutions
