Jewellery Sales Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Retail Sale Executive to deliver an exceptional jewellery buying experience, and build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Engage customers and provide personalized jewellery recommendations.

Develop strong knowledge of lab-grown diamonds, jewellery, 4Cs, materials, and certifications.

Present products confidently and communicate their features, craftsmanship, and value.

Build customer relationships and conduct effective follow-ups.

Assist with orders, inventory, visual merchandising, and day-to-day showroom operations.

Maintain high standards of customer service and showroom presentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Well Spoken English

Strong customer-service and sales orientation.

Previous jewellery or luxury retail experience preferred but not necessary (training will be provided)

Pay

₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
