Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat in a professional manner.

Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.

Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Identify customer requirements and assist them with suitable solutions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of their concerns.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Maintain a courteous, professional, and customer-focused approach during every interaction.

Follow company policies, processes, and service quality standards.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
