MentorsDaily is a UPSC preparation platform built around self-study-based mentorship. We're not a mass-market coaching factory — we work closely with serious aspirants, and we're looking for someone who can guide them, not push them.

What you'll do

Speak with UPSC aspirants who've shown interest in our programs (inbound + follow-ups)

Understand their preparation stage, gaps, and goals — then recommend the right program honestly

Own your pipeline

follow-ups, counseling calls, closures, and admission documentation

Share ground-level feedback with the founder to improve our programs and pitch

Who fits

You understand the UPSC ecosystem — as an ex-aspirant, someone from an aspirant-heavy circle, or someone who has worked in test-prep

Fluent Hindi + working English; comfortable on long phone conversations

Patient, honest, persistent — you'd rather build trust over 3 calls than force a close in 1

0–3 years experience; freshers with UPSC background welcome
