Shop In-charge

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Shop In-Charge to manage the daily operations of our bakery outlet in Ernakulam.

Job Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day shop operations

Supervise and coordinate staff

Handle customer service and resolve customer concerns

Monitor sales, stock, cash, and daily transactions

Ensure proper display and availability of products

Maintain shop cleanliness and hygiene standards

Coordinate with the production and management teams

Prepare and submit daily sales and operational reports

Ensure staff attendance, discipline, and proper duty allocation

Monitor wastage, stock shortages, and product quality

Ensure smooth functioning of the outlet

Requirements

Previous experience in bakery, food outlet, retail, or similar shop management is preferred

Good communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage staff and daily operations independently

Basic knowledge of sales, stock, and cash handling

Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented
