Kitchen Crew Member/food production associate

Rebel Foods is hiring Kitchen Associates to join our fast-growing cloud kitchen team in Edappally, Kochi. We are looking for motivated candidates who can work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and follow food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Handle food production and order preparation
• Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure order accuracy and proper portioning
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Keep the kitchen and work area clean and organized
• Support packing and dispatch operations during peak hours
• Follow company policies and safety procedures

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• No prior cooking experience required
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Punctual and disciplined
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Previous QSR, restaurant or cloud kitchen experience is an advantage
