The Beauty Consultant should have good knowledge of skincare, haircare, makeup, and salon services, along with excellent communication and customer service skills. They are also responsible for building strong client relationships, explaining treatment procedures and product benefits, maintaining client records, and supporting the salon in achieving customer satisfaction and sales targets.
