Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in any of the following or related products

Water Tanks

PVC / CPVC Pipes & Fittings

Plumbing / Building Materials

Lubricants / Castrol Products

Hardware / Industrial Products

Experience handling Dealers, Distributors, B2B and/or B2C customers.

Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.

Candidate should be residing within approximately 10 km of Attibele.

Kannada is mandatory.

English should be manageable for basic customer communication, emails and documentation.

Hindi and other languages will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Contact potential and existing customers through calls.

Fix customer appointments and conduct direct customer visits.

Understand customer requirements, provide quotations and negotiate deals.

Generate orders and close the complete sales cycle.

Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors and direct customers.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch and delivery.

Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure final payment settlement.

Handle the complete process from lead generation → customer visit → quotation → order → delivery → payment collection.

Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.

Computer Skills

Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email.

Should be able to prepare invoices, order forms, quotations and basic sales reports.

Maintain customer, order and payment follow-up records in Excel.

Preferred Candidate

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong customer follow-up and relationship-building ability.

Willing to travel for customer visits.

Target-oriented and comfortable handling both sales and payment collection.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay

₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
