Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate service.

Convert enquiries into paid customers.

Follow up with interested, pending and existing customers systematically.

Coordinate with the office team for documentation, service delivery and payment collection.

Maintain accurate CRM updates after every call.

Record lead status, customer requirement, next follow-up date and payment status.

Reconnect with old/existing customers for additional services and renewals.

Meet daily call, follow-up, sales and collection targets.

Escalate hot leads and important customer issues to the manager immediately.

Maintain professional communication with customers.
