Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Executives with 1–2 years of experience in international chat support to handle customer interactions for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written communication skills, customer handling abilities, and experience in resolving queries through chat platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and concerns through live chat.

Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses.

Resolve customer issues while maintaining high service quality.

Manage multiple chat interactions simultaneously.

Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required.

Maintain records of customer interactions and follow company guidelines.

Achieve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills

1–2 years of experience in International Chat Process / Customer Support.

Excellent written communication skills in English.

Good typing speed and multitasking abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Ability to work in US shifts (Night Shift).

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience in BPO/KPO/International customer support is preferred.
