Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates for our Malayalam Voice Sales Process in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, understanding customer requirements, promoting products/services, generating leads, and converting potential customers into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Malayalam.

Explain products and services clearly to customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.

Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.

Handle customer objections and convince customers effectively.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate customer and call details in the CRM.

Follow company sales scripts, processes, and quality guidelines.

Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and follow-ups.

Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.

Eligibility & Skills

Fluent Malayalam communication is mandatory.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic English communication skills preferred.

Basic computer knowledge.

Good listening and interpersonal skills.

Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, customer service, or lead generation will be preferred.

Freshers with good communication and a sales-oriented attitude can also apply.

Should be comfortable working in a target-oriented sales environment.
