Qualification: UG / Graduate

Excellent English Communication – Mandatory

REQUIREMENTS

Typing: 20 WPM | 80% Accuracy

Basic MS Office & Computer Skills

Age: Below 45 Years

Both-Side Transportation Provided

ROLE

Handle inbound customer queries

Resolve customer issues professionally

Navigate customer accounts & policies

Maintain productivity & quality standards

Escalate issues when required

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
