Job Overview

We are looking for a BPO (Broker Price Opinion) Executive with experience in US Real Estate / Mortgage processes. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing property information, researching comparable properties, entering accurate data, and completing BPO files within the required turnaround time.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze property details for BPO assignments.

Enter property information accurately into client systems/software.

Conduct online research to identify comparable properties.

Verify property information such as address, size, condition, location, and pricing.

Research property details using online real estate platforms.

Upload property photos and required supporting documents.

Maintain high accuracy and meet daily productivity targets.

Perform quality checks before submitting completed files.

Coordinate with team leaders regarding corrections and quality requirements.

Ensure all assigned BPO files are completed and submitted within the required timeframe.

Follow client-specific guidelines and process requirements.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of US Real Estate / Property Valuation.

Good typing speed with strong accuracy.

Strong online research and data-gathering skills.

Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Good attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Educational Qualification

Any Degree / Diploma.

Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with 1+ year of experience in US Mortgage, BPO, Real Estate, or Property Valuation processes.

Experience handling Broker Price Opinion (BPO) assignments is preferred.

Knowledge of Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, and similar real estate websites will be an added advantage.

Candidates familiar with US property research and comparable property analysis will be preferred.
