Technical Delivery Manager

Bengaluru | Full-time | 8+ years (mandatory)

Mareana is hiring a Technical Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data Analytics and Data Engineering programs.

What you'll do

Own delivery of multiple complex projects — scope, schedule, quality, cost and customer satisfaction

Lead project governance: status reviews, steering committees, risk and escalation management

Manage senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, Consultants, Developers, QA, BAs)

Track delivery metrics (velocity, utilization, margins, quality)

Drive process improvement and collaborate with Engineering, Product, Pre-Sales and Support

What we're looking for

8+ years in software delivery, project and program management, including large/complex projects

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior client executives

Background in risk, quality and financial metrics management

Technical grounding to evaluate architecture decisions and engineering trade-offs

Hands-on or prior experience with Python, PySpark, SQL, Databricks, Neo4j, Advanced Excel

AWS and Pharma/Life Sciences domain experience a plus

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
