Event Manager- Fresher

Handle party hall enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google and walk-ins.

Meet customers, understand their requirements and explain packages, food, decoration and add-ons.

Prepare quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Conduct hall visits and follow up with prospective customers.

Manage the event calendar and booking documentation.

Coordinate with kitchen staff, service team, decorators, DJs, photographers and other vendors.

Take complete responsibility for event-day coordination from setup to completion.

Ensure the hall, food, decoration and other arrangements are ready on time.

Handle customer requests and resolve issues during events.

Collect advance and balance payments and maintain proper records.

Generate repeat business and referrals.

During non-event hours, handle cafe billing/POS, cash, UPI, card payments and customer service.

Maintain daily reports of enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, revenue and payments.

What We Are Looking For

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Confident personality with a sales-oriented approach.

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and vendors.

Good follow-up skills and attention to detail.

Basic computer/POS and billing knowledge.

Ability to work evenings, weekends and during events when required.

Previous experience in event management, hospitality, restaurant, sales or customer service is preferred.
