Job Description

AGROHERBS IMPLANTS PRIVATE LIMITED(Crunchy Treat) is looking for an enthusiastic and confident experienced Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, communicating with customers/dealers, generating business leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Make calls to distributors and corporate clients, and potential business clients.

Explain company products and offers clearly and professionally.

Generate and follow up on sales leads.

Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.

Record call details and customer information accurately.

Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills.

Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.

Basic computer knowledge.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

FMCG industry experience will be given preference.

Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Candidates with experience in the FMCG, food, beverages, consumer products, or related industries will be given priority.
