About the Role

ShakeOnics is looking for a passionate and responsible Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, hygiene standards, and be able to maintain consistent food quality.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare shakes, salads, sandwiches, pasta, smoothies and other menu items as per ShakeOnics recipes.

Follow standardized recipes, portion sizes and presentation guidelines.

Maintain consistent taste, quality and appearance of all food items.

Ensure proper food handling, storage and kitchen hygiene.

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations and utensils.

Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.

Manage basic kitchen inventory and inform management about low-stock items.

Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.

Follow food safety and hygiene practices.

Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth daily operations.

Handle customer orders efficiently during busy hours.

Maintain discipline and cleanliness throughout the shift.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Chef/Cook is preferred.

Knowledge of basic Indian/fast-food preparation.

Experience with shakes, salads, sandwiches, pasta or café/quick-service food will be an advantage.

Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
